## What is FitSet?

FitSet helps you build a personalized fitness routine you can follow at home. Answer a few simple onboarding questions about your goals, body profile, weekly schedule, preferred workout areas, fitness level, and limitations. FitSet then creates a structured plan designed around your answers.

Train with bodyweight focused workouts, daily sessions, movement guidance, workout history, and progress tracking. Each exercise includes visual support and clear instructions so you can understand the movement before you start.

FitSet also connects with Apple Health to show daily steps and active calorie data. Apple Health activity is available to all users and is not limited to Pro subscribers.

FitSet Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks more advanced fitness planning features, expanded workout access, plan updates, progress tools, and premium training experiences inside the app. Subscription options may include weekly, monthly, and yearly plans. Payment is charged to your Apple ID after purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

FitSet is designed for home fitness, simple consistency, and personalized training without needing a gym.
