## What is FitShot?

FitShot is your private daily fitness photo journal. Take one progress photo a day, log your weight, and watch your transformation build 30 days at a time.

Your photos never leave your phone. No account, no cloud, no tracking — FitShot works entirely on your device, even in airplane mode.

Stay accountable with App Lock: choose distracting apps with Apple's Screen Time picker, set your daily lock time, and FitShot gently blocks them until you've logged today's photo. FitShot never learns which apps you choose — Apple handles it all privately on your device.
