FitSprite Nutrition software system offers an integrated service for tracking nutrition intake, health, and exercise. Service is end-to-end and involve nutritionist to track their users/clients nutritional behaviour accurately. The meal and calories are logged automatically by FitSprite Nutrition, while the user can make adjustments if necessary.

FitSprite Nutrition enables seamless integration with Apple Health and Fitbit apps. This integration allows automatic data syncing, granting you access to your health and fitness information effortlessly.

Comprehensive Tracking:
Monitor the number of calories burned, heart rate, steps taken, sleep patterns, and track your workout routines within the FitSprite Nutrition app. Thanks to our integration with HealthKit and CareKit APIs, this information synchronizes automatically, providing you with a comprehensive overview of your health data.
