Old app was way better. All my performance tracking information got deleted when migrated to the new app… really disappointing.

Been stuck on the same week progress for ages. Shows the 3 classes each week but doesn’t update the total weeks

The latest update has made the app so slow to book a session. It takes around 5 seconds for a single booking to register. It’s so frustrating that each time you make a booking it takes you to the my sessions tab, which means you have to click on the time table again to find your next session. Not efficient at all.

I have to force quit the app to get new days to refresh to book more sessions. This has been a bug since the app launched and no one seems interested in fixing it.

I could go into the lack of features like performance tracking but please just get the basics right first.

After the big hoo-ha about the new and improved app coming out, it actually removed the few features that were useful. There is now nowhere to track PB’s (and we lost all the history of PBs entered over the last 2 years), and the class rating section doesn’t work. I hope Fitstop is in dispute with whoever did the app for them! A waste of time and money to change it from the old one.
