One improvement needed. *2023-12-07, version 3.16.16* Easy and simple to use. After the pandemic, I’ve only needed this app for scanning my barcode to verify my membership at the gym. There is a needed feature when using the barcode. When displaying the barcode, the app needs to temporarily (and automatically) increase its brightness to allow for the barcode to be read. I shouldn’t have to do this by pulling down and menu and manually increasing it temporarily. All of the airlines do this when using mobile passes. ### 5/5 — Barre& Yoga *2023-08-24* I wish you would expand the room for these two classes. I have deleted the app and downloaded again. I’ve tried to sign in or even create a new profile and I get the same error. My phone is updated , my WiFi is working , all the apps on my phone work but not this one and no one can help me. Everything else either does nor function or is wildly incompetent ### 1/5 — Gym Hours? *2021-04-11, version 3.7.0* Unless I’m crazy, I can’t find the open and/or staffed hours of any of the gyms in this app which is pretty lacking. Heritage plaza may be 24 hours but the pool is only open when it’s staffed, so would be nice to have in the app to refer to. Date settings that require you change the year first unlike the way you normally do a date. Then two obviously purchased fake 5 star referrals. (1) Better organization of everything that can be booked for the pools, group exercise, courts, and exercise equipment. (2) Able to book trainers on available days at available times. (3) Able to request items such as a shirt in your size to be ready for pick up and to be paid for at the club of your choosing when you’re going to be there next. (4) Being able to see what’s open and closed at your gym on that day you want to go so you can plan ahead. Although I didn’t have to put a credit card in but I don’t know if I have to pay when I show up? Also there are ZERO events on the calendar for seniors and that was a bit sad and disappointing to me. There are 131 group exercises but none in senior category. I would like to go to a stretching class with my senior mom to help her get a straighter back regularly. But no options open to me :( I am looking in the group exercises but so far see none specifically targeted for senior level.
