It would be cooler if it had a different sound instead of vibration cause it’s like not that obvious when you get a notification please add a sound version

Just bought a watch a few weeks ago and it doesn’t work with the newer phones. If your going to sell the products still, get your stuff together and get the app updated.

The app doesn’t download onto your phone screen , but you can find it in your library apps on your I phone, also it stop keeping up with your steps as your walking giving you a discount of your steps. The app is fear the watch is fear doesn’t really rate everything you’re saying is I am a little disappointed and it also does not tell you how to download the app or which app to download I had to contact Customer Service to find that out.

You can’t see your notifications and you can’t read text messages but other that it’s accurate

I got this band a while back and used it everyday but then stopped. Today I redownloaded the app and tried to reset my band. It did work, but it won’t actually connect. It says I need bluetooth in and it is. I check every 5 seconds and it won’t work. The app will not let me go to the help section. I do not know what to do. Any ideas?

The sedentary reminder in your App does not show the minutes. You can scroll and hear it, but it’s white text on a white screen. Also there shouldn’t white text on the other pages because they’re light as well. You need contrast to see things and your app don’t provide that. You should make a dark mode or something. It’s been an app too long to still be this bad.

It won’t let me change my sleep time which is very annoying because I can’t get the most accurate results

It’s great to have to see how much you step, but there’s a problem. I set my step goal to be 4000 steps and today have done 5,000 + but then I check the data and it says Goal is 66% complete and that confuses me since I have surpassed the goal? Does it need to be a higher goal for it to accurately do the percentage ?

This app is not letting me finish the set up . Once I’ve typed in the name of the fit watch it took me to this one . This app needs work it’s very stressful  at this  point  of trying to get it to work  ( Issues ) I’m going to get me a different watch and a different app that works .
