### 3/5 — Fitt-Track

*2022-08-08, version 1.1.0*

The app doesn’t download onto your phone screen , but you can find it in your library apps on your I phone, also it stop keeping up with your steps as your walking giving you a discount of your steps. The app is fear the watch is fear doesn’t really rate everything you’re saying is I am a little disappointed and it also does not tell you how to download the app or which app to download I had to contact Customer Service to find that out.
Thank you
WA

### 3/5 — Texting and calls and messages

*2022-07-18, version 1.1.0*

You can’t see your notifications and you can’t read text messages but other that it’s accurate

### 2/5 — bluetooth won’t work

*2021-11-13, version 1.1.0*

I got this band a while back and used it everyday but then stopped. Today I redownloaded the app and tried to reset my band. It did work, but it won’t actually connect. It says I need bluetooth in and it is. I check every 5 seconds and it won’t work. The app will not let me go to the help section. I do not know what to do. Any ideas?

### 2/5 — More effort towards the app, plz! Thanks.

*2021-03-25, version 1.1.0*

The sedentary reminder in your App does not show the minutes. You can scroll and hear it, but it’s white text on a white screen. Also there shouldn’t white text on the other pages because they’re light as well. You need contrast to see things and your app don’t provide that. You should make a dark mode or something. It’s been an app too long to still be this bad.

### 3/5 — Idk

*2021-02-24, version 1.1.0*

It won’t let me change my sleep time which is very annoying because I can’t get the most accurate results

### 2/5 — Problem with the app!

*2020-08-20, version 1.1.0*

It’s great to have to see how much you step, but there’s a problem. I set my step goal to be 4000 steps and today have done 5,000 + but then I check the data and it says Goal is 66% complete and that confuses me since I have surpassed the goal? Does it need to be a higher goal for it to accurately do the percentage ?

### 4/5 — Question

*2020-08-18, version 1.1.0*

How does the charger work? Does it click into place or sits into the indents on the band?

### 2/5 — Issues

*2020-07-20, version 1.1.0*

This app is not letting me finish the set up . Once I’ve typed in the name of the fit watch it took me to this one . This app needs work it’s very stressful at this point of trying to get it to work ( Issues ) I’m going to get me a different watch and a different app that works .

### 3/5 — My first fitness watch review

*2020-06-14, version 1.1.0*

It’s cheep, It keeps great time. The band is a joke. I finally just Gorilla super glued it to size at stretch it on and off over my hand. Will give a separate review on actual use in the future. You get what you pay for.

### 4/5 — Time

*2020-05-29, version 1.1.0*

Around 12:00 am the hours turn off and it’s only minutes. I don’t know why

### 3/5 — Sleep tracking

*2020-03-13, version 1.0.6*

It has trouble reading when I’m sedentary and when I’m sleeping. It states I’m going to sleep hours before I actually do, every night. If it had an option to edit sleep start and end times, that would be much appreciated.

### 3/5 — Green

*2020-03-08, version 1.0.6*

Would be nice to track sleep even when you work nights. I tried to set times of sleep but it reverts back to starting in pm and ending in am. Not much help for a nightshift worker.

### 2/5 — Probably wouldn’t recommend

*2020-02-17, version 1.0.6*

I’m used to step trackers not being super accurate, so it doesn’t surprise me that this one is definitely not counting all of my steps, but it’s very frustrating for the steps to suddenly be lower than they were earlier in the day - I saw a reviewer saying this seems to happen when the band loses connection with your phone, but I don’t know if that’s what happened in my case.

I’m stunned that after over a year of people asking for the sleep time issue to be fixed, this still has not been corrected. It cannot be that difficult to just expand the allowed hours to include the whole 24 hours. Additionally, the sleep tracker has tracked me as being asleep when I have been awake, moving around, and refreshing the app.

The notifications stopped working after only a week of wearing the tracker. I tried restarting it and at first it didn’t seem to do anything but the next afternoon the notifications were working again - I don’t know if it was because of restarting the watch or if it was unrelated.

For a whole day the screen would only stay active for less than a second - if I wanted to move to any screen besides the clock I’d have to click through very quickly, and then have to keep pressing the power to light it up enough times for me to read the information. It went back to staying active for the 5 seconds I have it set to after that day, but it’s still very odd. Possibly worth noting that I have it set to only turn on the display when I press the power button.

The band itself (a white a pale purple inky design) started becoming discolored immediately after wearing it - by the end of the first day the edges were clearly orange, with only a couple of white spots where the band and clasp are.

I’m giving this a two star review rather than a one star because the band is very comfortable despite my super sensitive skin, and the battery life seems to be good - I have been wearing the tracker for over a week and only charged it before I put it on in the beginning, and it’s still showing the battery as half charged.

### 2/5 — Its ok

*2020-02-04*

Its cool

### 2/5 — Heart Rate

*2019-12-28, version 1.0.6*

Please update with the heart rate tracker!! I need it (:

### 2/5 — Misses steps esp. @ “sleep time”

*2019-12-22, version 1.0.6*

The tracker is constantly missing steps my phone is counting a minimum of 1000 steps higher than the watch and during the watch’s set sleep time it won’t count at all! And you can only set the watch to start sleep cycle from 6pm to 11:59pm!!! So what about those that work third shift!??? Or second shift!?? So does society say that only physically fit people work during 8a-5p? I want a watch that will count every step I make! And I want a watch that is completely compatible with my phone! I really don’t feel that’s too much to ask especially not on the counting steps part! Over all I’m dissatisfied with the watch and app!!! I think that the software needs updated to take all working class people into consideration especially since this brand is made for working class people and the watch follows the app’s software!

### 4/5 — Good app but......

*2019-11-25, version 1.0.6*

I really like this app but when it says find your band it jest vibrates and you can’t even hear anything so if you can try to change the ringtone to a louder sound thank you so much for reading my review thanks again BYE!!!!

### 2/5 — IFITNESS

*2019-10-10, version 1.0.6*

I Love It. Except I work 3rd shift, it won’t allow you to set a bed time in the morning- Only before 11pm. So how am I suppose to track my sleep, 1 main reason I bought it. It also rests at midnight, almost the middle of my day. So the app needs improvement for us non 1st shift workers

### 3/5 — Not for overnight employees

*2019-09-22, version 1.0.6*

There’s a restriction as to when you’re allowed to track your sleep. I bought it for tracking my sleep but that aspect is completely useless if you’re not getting home until well after they believe you should be sleeping.

### 3/5 — Sleep Settings

*2019-09-17, version 1.0.6*

I’m already irritated with this thing. I work nights right now so I don’t go to bed until around 6 AM. It literally will NOT let me set my sleep time as an AM time. This should be fixed. I never leave reviews but this one bothers me so much.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2023-11-28, version 1.1.0*

Just bought a watch a few weeks ago and it doesn’t work with the newer phones. If your going to sell the products still, get your stuff together and get the app updated.

### 1/5 — OVER ITTTTTT!!!!

*2020-05-30, version 1.1.0*

I am so upset. I’ve been trying to improve my running. Today I stared the tracker then by the end of my run I pressed the end button then nothing was recorded. Also this app crashed ALLL THEE TIME. #imoverit.

### 1/5 — Watch caught on fire

*2020-04-11, version 1.0.6*

Plugged in my watch and within half a minute it started smoking and the charger was melting the watch. My whole house stinks like melted plastic. So glad it wasn’t left unattended.

### 1/5 — Won’t connect to iPhone

*2020-03-13, version 1.0.6*

App states that it’s compatible with my iPhone, downloaded app and Bluetooth connected. But, watch will not connect or sync.

### 1/5 — Terrible app support

*2020-01-31, version 1.0.6*

So got this one o try and start keeping track of what things like steps and such and found it to be very inaccurate when syncing with the app. Also the fact that people have been complaining about the rules portion of the sleep portion of the app for quite a while from what I’ve seen and it not being addressed is very disappointing. Like many others have said it takes no consideration for those of us that work third (graveyard) shift. I mean seriously why are there rules for setting what time you go to sleep? I for one will be getting rid of this piece of garbage and going with something better.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t read your heart rate

*2020-01-12, version 1.0.6*

I got this so that it can read my heart rate

### 1/5 — Sucky

*2019-11-19, version 1.0.6*

I am sorry I purchased this item. Does not keep steps. Gets stuck. I tried the shutter shake now it is stuck in a saving mode. Recall this product and replace with a better model. So disappointed!!!

### 1/5 — All ifit apps are no longer available

*2019-11-02, version 1.0.6*

All apps no longer works from Ifit hasn’t been updated in over 2 years must be updated from their company best to go with other apps that work !!!!!

### 1/5 — So far not impressed.

*2019-09-10, version 1.0.6*

Wanted to see if the tracking features were any better than the ones on my Yoho tracker. They are worse. This tracker keeps disconnecting and it keeps starting my steps over from zero every time it disconnects. I can’t get more than 20 steps away from my phone or it disconnects from the Bluetooth. My other tracker lets me walk around outside in my yard (away from my phone) without disconnecting. The syncing doesn’t sync all the data. Updating the software takes twice as long as it should. This was a waste of money so I will probably be returning it. The only thing I like about it is the bands are way more comfortable & it sits better on my wrist and the watch seems accurate once I finally got it to update to the correct date & time!

### 1/5 — Connection to band

*2019-08-22, version 1.0.6*

It’s not as good as Fitbit it won’t connect with a different phone yet my husband’s band will please fix this. Yes the phone and band are nearby each other

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Perfect for me

*2019-01-13, version 1.0.6*

### 5/5 — Hi

*2019-01-06, version 1.0.6*

Not bad I really like the iFITNESS

### 5/5 — Pretty good for a cheap watch

*2018-09-17, version 1.0.6*

Heartbeat and footsteps may not be that accurate but still has some cool features. Also make it so that it keeps vibrating on alarm until you tap on your watch or something.

### 5/5 — Good!!

*2018-08-31, version 1.0.6*

I like it!! Honestly I got it from Walmart because I didn’t want to pay $250 for a Fitbit! And it works just as well😋 only problem is it scratches really easy🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

### 5/5 — Battery

*2018-08-28, version 1.0.6*

Battery life doesn’t last but about 14 or less hrs. Trying to change the time and can’t

### 5/5 — New user

*2018-05-03, version 1.0.4*

Learning to use this device is stupid simple. It's comfortable and the price is perfect. While it may not record all my steps perfectly, it is a tool to help keep a general track of my physical activity. It looks cool and reminds me of something I would expect to see on Star Trek. If you want a piece of Tech that has a futuristic vibe going on...this is the piece to have. Love it....love it....love it!

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2017-12-28, version 1.0.2*

This app is amazing! You must have the watch for it to work though. The time and date connects with your phone. It's like a cheaper Apple Watch. Everyone should get this. I got mine for Christmas. It also haves a lot of color choices for wristbands!

### 5/5 — Awsome

*2017-12-23, version 1.0.2*

I just got this yesterday but the watch is significant. I love love the sleep monitor, but I wish it would show the message when someone sends you a message, and that it had the temperature outside. But overall it’s perfect!

### 5/5 — Love!

*2017-11-10*

I love this so much!! Also I wish we can customize the vibration so it’s not so long and wish that it shows why app you got a notification from. ( like if you got a notification from Snapchat, it can show the app) but I really like it!!!

### 4/5 — Sound

*2024-04-07, version 1.1.0*

It would be cooler if it had a different sound instead of vibration cause it’s like not that obvious when you get a notification please add a sound version
