## What is FitterUp?

Een lang, gelukkig en gezond leven: iets dat we allemaal willen (maar niet altijd even bewust nastreven). Om dit te bereiken helpt het om dagelijks de gezonde keuze te maken. En dat is waar de FitterUp jou bij helpt! Het is een vitaliteitscoach in je broekzak.

In de FitterUp app ontvang je Healthcoins als beloning voor de gezonde keuze die jij dagelijks maakt: of dat nu het nemen van de trap is, het halen van een persoonlijk gezondheidsdoel of de aanschaf van een gezond sapje. Met de verdiende Healthcoins kun je vervolgens betalen voor dingen die ook weer goed voor je zijn.

Het gebruik van de FitterUp app is gratis. Om Healthcoins te verdienen dient je werkgever of verzekeraar aangesloten te zijn bij FitterUp en maken we gebruik van Apple HealthKit. Hieruit lezen we - na toestemming - je dagelijkse stappen en uren slaap uit.
