### 5/5 — Helpful

*2019-04-29, version 2.0*

It is very helpful by following the instructions videos and there are plenty of them. I do the stretching every couple hours and my neck pains seems to be improving a-lots. Highly recommend.

### 5/5 — Easy to do, but most importantly, beneficial!

*2019-02-25, version 2.0*

Spend five minutes a day, each day stretching different muscle groups. If you haven’t done ANYTHING in a while, this is a great place to start. It’s not daunting, the videos are easy to follow, and your body will feel better at the same time that you’ll better about yourself!

### 5/5 — It’s the little things

*2019-01-19, version 2.0*

I have just started this ap & have found it to be a great tool. I needed a place to start as over the last handful of years my days have gotten longer in a sedentary career and I have become very stiff & have lost flexibility. This offers an efficient tool to move & stretch as well as an added perk as it ended up being relaxing which is a great benefit for stress & tension.

### 5/5 — Love this app!

*2018-10-13, version 2.0*

I love this app! I used to sit for several hours at work because I was concentrating on a project or whatever! Then I would move and my back would be so sore. Now, I receive reminders at the time I set... to get up and stretch! Amazing how much better I feel during the day!

### 5/5 — Love to do these.

*2018-10-10, version 2.0*

Great exercises and way to loosen up during the day. I get still just sitting and so nice to touch the areas that need it the most. Easy, fast but effective.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work?

*2023-10-07, version 2.7*

I wanted to give this app a try but I couldn’t actually make an account. Entered in my info, gave my phone#, waited to get verification code and it never came. Double checked the phone number, it wasn’t wrong. Just never got a code and couldn’t complete set up.

### 1/5 — LOVED the app… until it stopped working properly

*2023-04-07, version 2.6*

I legit loved this app. However, the developer does not keep up with iOS updates, which is obvious when, after a software update, the app no longer works. The developer is unresponsive to messages about the status of the app.

Eleven months ago I had the same problem due to an iOS update, and I had to figure out how to track the developer down. I finally found them on Facebook messenger. This time, they are also unresponsive to Facebook messenger. I have deleted and reinstalled this app several times, and it still does not work correctly. I about give up on this app. And I was its top user.

### 1/5 — Would not allow me to create an account to get started

*2021-07-12, version 2.2*

I downloaded it three times and not once did it let me create an account to get started. It kept saying it needed my phone number yet there was nowhere to input my phone number!

### 1/5 — STOP ASKING TO BE RATED

*2021-02-10, version 2.2*

Ever wonder why you are getting so many 1 star reviews?

### 1/5 — Why you kick my dog

*2021-01-01, version 2.2*

App won’t stop rating pop up even after you click stop rating. Annoying one star

### 1/5 — This app is garbage

*2020-12-13, version 2.2*

This app does not work.

### 1/5 — App is broken

*2020-11-15, version 2.2*

The videos will not play.

### 4/5 — Great break from sitting!

*2021-01-21, version 2.2*

Working from home can mean sitting in front of a screen a lot! This app encourages me to get up and improve my flexibility. Just don’t like that you have to continually tell the app not to remind you to rate it! Maybe writing this review will get rid of that? 😂

### 4/5 — Great stretches

*2020-05-19, version 2.2*

I love this app the only downside is that I would like a reminder every two hours throughout my work day.

### 4/5 — Good app for 5 minute stretch break

*2020-04-03, version 2.1*

The exercises are easy and effective. I would just update the app user experience and design

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great stretches

*2023-09-19, version 2.7*

Very helpful when you tend to sit all day. This app is wonderful for getting you up and moving. It really relieves the stiffness!

### 5/5 — Awesome great 5 min stretch

*2021-10-25, version 2.3*

Really enjoy the app. It has great different stretching positions. With just the 5 minute, I feel better already 👍

### 5/5 — The best

*2021-02-21, version 2.2*

I love this app, and especially like and appreciate the fact that it does not require a subscription. I have daily chronic hip and back pain, and I sit nearly all the time. This app is helping me move more and regain some flexibility. ❤️❤️

### 5/5 — Great stretching app!

*2020-10-18, version 2.2*

Great app! Short, 5 min sessions; easy to fit into your day (really, no excuse NOT to fit it into your day); AND you can set up to 3 reminders a day & you can choose which days.

Suggestion for improvement: I wish it would add a “ding” at the end of each stretch. It dings when it’s time to change sides, bit if I’m not looking at the app when the stretch ends (I’m in the middle of a stretch), I don’t know when to stop.

### 5/5 — Best ergo app found so far

*2020-09-10, version 2.2*

This is the best ergo reminder app I have found WITH ERGO EXERCISES. Seems like all other ergo apps have reminders or exercises but not both. I wish the app allowed another couple reminders, not just 3 but it’s very flexible and the exercises are better than RSI Guard or any of the other professional ergo systems we have at work (and I work for a large Fortune 100 company). Glad to have found this since having to work from home so much.

### 5/5 — Perfect Office App

*2020-08-07, version 2.2*

It does exactly what I want it to. You can set reminders to tell you to get up and stretch. The stretches are all relevant to your office desk / chair and don’t make you look like a complete fool in front of coworkers .

### 5/5 — A+

*2020-07-20, version 2.2*

Great exercises with easy to follow videos and customizable reminders.

### 5/5 — Great little app

*2020-07-08, version 2.2*

Works well, love the reminders. Short easy stretches at the office. Quiet and subtle, and easy to incorporate into my day at the office! Just what I was looking for!

### 5/5 — FitTime5

*2020-05-19*

I really like this app. Easy to do and they feel like really good stretches. I wish I could programme more sessions into my day.

### 5/5 — Solid and easy

*2020-04-28, version 2.2*

Builds great stretching routines that are easy to stick with
