### 3/5 — After sales service good. Product not satisfactory.

*2026-07-10*

The 3 star is given for the after sales service. Its been 1 year since is purchased hart ring. And have already had replacements twice within a year due to malfunctioning on ring. And this 3rd ring is also not running properly. Don’t know the ring hardware is not good or the app is not supporting it. But , not satisfied at all.
HR data not consistent, hrv data not consistent, sleep data started malfunctioning. Not sleeping reads as sleep. And sleep peacefully reads as awake.
Activity reading is also not consistent. And the worst part is no conclusion/solution regarding the problem .

But service is always ready to help and solve the problem. So 3 star to Hart ring is only because of that. Product 0 star.

### 5/5 — Smart,Sleek and Super Insightful

*2025-11-13, version 2.1.4*

I’ve been using the FITTR Hart Ring for a while now, and it’s been a great way to track my fitness and recovery without constantly wearing a smartwatch. The design is sleek, comfortable, and feels premium. The sleep tracking and recovery insights are quite accurate, and I like how it syncs seamlessly with the FITTR app.

Battery life is impressive, and charging is super easy. The TEF and HRV data give amazing insights into my recovery and performance. Sleep tracking is spot on too — helps me plan my workouts smarter. Totally worth it!

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2025-11-13, version 2.1.4*

I’ve been using the HART Ring for a while now and truly appreciate how well it tracks my health metrics — sleep, recovery, heart rate, and activity insights are detailed and easy to understand. The app interface is smooth and user-friendly. It has really helped me stay consistent and mindful about my overall wellness.

Just hoping the sleep tracking accuracy improves a bit — apart from that, it’s an excellent health companion!

### 5/5 — Good tracker

*2025-11-06, version 2.1.4*

I have been using it for a year now, impressed with the battery life, still holding 6 days.

### 3/5 — Report Genration Fails

*2025-09-30*

Hi Team, Building activity report fails after every workout. Please fix the issue.

### 4/5 — More optimisation required

*2025-09-21, version 2.1.1*

The product is very good but the software part has to be smarter and leaner. The app shutters and shudders in iphone15 on iOS 26. Well the issue was there in iOS 18 also. The food understanding as a whole after input needs to be better.

### 5/5 — Excellent Smart Ring

*2025-08-05, version 2.0.8*

Accuracy:
Heart rate, SpO2, body temperature, and sleep tracking are quite accurate when compared with my smartwatch

Battery Life:
Battery life is excellent—lasts about 5-6 days on a full charge. Charging is quick and easy with the provided dock.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2025-08-04, version 2.0.8*

If you’re serious about improving your health and recovery, the Fittr Ring is definitely worth it. It’s accurate, easy to use, and looks great too. A smart investment in your fitness journey!

*2025-07-28, version 2.0.6*

Totally loving the feel

### 5/5 — Really good product

*2025-04-28, version 1.2.21*

I purchased 3 of these HART rings for myself and my senior citizen mom and dad. Having an amazing time keeping track of my activities that brings a sense of accountability. Pretty accurate sensors overall and its much more comfortable than a watch due to its amazing battery life of 8-9 days.
Highly recommend!

### 3/5 — Ring unable to capture activity properly

*2025-04-23, version 1.2.20*

Overall the Ring is good but recently when I am trying to complete any activity like Badminton or Weight training it is unable to generate the reports

### 3/5 — App randomly logs out.

*2025-02-10, version 1.2.15*

The app will randomly log out and ask for connecting the device. Which is irritating.

### 5/5 — Best fitness ring for track vital information

*2025-01-20, version 1.2.14*

Time to easy pissy track all accurate details at one place. Step, HRV , Spo2 , Vo2 max , TDEE etc etc. JC Sir announced for new features update this month , waiting for that .

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — calorie counting

*2025-09-03, version 2.1.0*

I think there’s a bug in the calorie counting.

### 1/5 — As buggy as it can be

*2025-08-29, version 2.1.0*

Activity tracking is messed up. It doesn't record my runs, how can one run for 30 mins straight and only burn less than 100 calories? Most times the app cannot even generate activity report. I have to keep the ring extremely close to the phone to keep the ring in sync with the app. A few feet of distance and the connection is easily broken. You are much better off buying a gabit ring which is cheaper and more reliable. If I can't trust one metric in the app how can I trust the others? Very bad experience.

### 1/5 — Logins Issues

*2025-05-01, version 1.2.21*

Unable to login , seems app is half cooked.

### 1/5 — Charging issue

*2024-11-10*

Everything was fine for the first month, but suddenly, I started experiencing issues with the battery. It would drop down within a day. I reached out to their support team, and they replaced the ring. However, the problem persisted. The replaced ring wasn’t charging properly, and they checked and identified a potential issue with the charging unit. They sent me a different charging unit, but the ring still wasn’t charging correctly.

After a few days, I received the replacement ring, but unfortunately, the same charging issue was present. I tried using different chargers, but the ring still wasn’t charging properly. They replaced the ring for the third time, but the charging issue remained unresolved. Will keep posted the final output.

### 1/5 — Not for Activity tracking

*2024-08-13, version 1.2.1*

Ring is fine for tracking certain metrics like HRV, RHR but not for activity tracking. Activity keeps on dropping while you are engaged in activity. Definitely this activity feature is not tested before it was released or their developers are too lazy to test before shipping.

### 1/5 — VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

*2024-08-05*

Feel like they have rushed the product to the market. It is not yet complete. These are the problems I have faced until now and still waiting for a resolution. The support team is incompetent and I have to keep following up with them.

1) App UI (not functionality) is not even close to the competition. Functionality wise they are providing good info like spo2, heart rate etc
2) There is some problem with sleep tracking. The app doesn’t show how much time I have slept. I’m told I’ll receive an email and I have to follow the instructions to rectify this.
3) They released a firmware update, after which the battery life has drastically reduced from one week to one day (product is not even 3 weeks old). My Apple Watch 5 series still gives me 2 days battery life even after 4 years.
4) the support team informed me that they’ll send me a replacement ring, and I am yet to hear from them. Worst part is, they are still testing the product which they are going to send me as a replacement. Which means even the replacement product is not yet tested thoroughly and I have to wait further to get it.
5) I’m told that another firmware update will be released to fix the sleep tracking and battery life issue. In the meanwhile we are told not to sleep by covering the ring (it goes into hibernation mode). Once I’m asleep, how can I make it a priority to not cover the Ring. This is not a solution.

On the whole too many problems. I understand this is a first gen product. But I still feel they have rushed it into the market without testing it properly. When I’m paid 15,000 rupees, this was not what I expected.

### 1/5 — Faulty Rings

*2024-06-25, version 1.1.1*

Multiple rings multiple glitches.. it was an exhaustive experience to deal with.. I wouldn’t recommend the ring until they come out and say we fixed it for sure.. they need large samples to tell that they have fixed it.

### 2/5 — A costly lesson

*2026-02-13*

I bought the Fittr Hart ring based on the reputation of its founder and the promise of a seamless, screen-free fitness journey. Having replaced my Apple Watch Series 10 with this, I can say with certainty: I deeply regret the decision.
The Constant "Syncing" Nightmare
The most basic requirement for a smart wearable is that it actually talks to the app. With the Fittr Hart, it’s a daily struggle.
• Connectivity: There isn’t a single day where I don’t face syncing issues.
• Activity Tracking: It rarely calculates activity accurately (or at all). It feels like I’m wearing a piece of jewelry that occasionally guesses my movement rather than a high-performance fitness tracker.

Performance vs. Expectations:
Coming from an Apple Watch, the performance gap is massive. The Apple Watch is consistent; the Hart ring is temperamental. While the Blood Pressure (BP) measurement is a nice feature and seemingly the only thing that works, it isn't enough to justify the price or the headache.
Verdict: Don't Make the Switch
I fell for the face value of the brand, but the technical execution just isn't there. If you are serious about your health and fitness data, stay with a proven smartwatch. I am officially going back to my Apple Watch. This ring has been nothing but a disappointment and a source of constant "syncing regret."
Pros: * BP Measurement
Cons: * Constant syncing failures
• Inaccurate/non-existent activity tracking
• Poor app performance
• Unreliable as a primary fitness tracker

### 2/5 — App has potential, needs better integration

*2025-09-29*

This is a solid app with good potential, but it restricts too much of the data. I’d like to see stronger integration with Apple Health so I can share and centralize more metrics. Not every module is useful for every user, and the option to hide or remove sections like “Nutrition” would make the experience cleaner. If that module pulled macros and calories directly from Apple Health, it would be valuable, but I already use a dedicated app for nutrition and do not want to enter the same data twice.

I chose this ring to gain deeper insights, but much of that data is trapped in the app, while at the same time the app is not incorporating information that is already available. Strengthening Apple Health integration would solve both issues and make the ring much more valuable.

### 2/5 — Buggy app and buggy product

*2025-05-18, version 2.0.1*

For all the money spent on this fitness product, it has too many glitches and too many sync issues. Half the data seems to mysteriously disappear and there is no way to know if the ring is charged or not properly unless you spend 15min trying to sync the ring everytime. Regretting buying this. Their support team gives solutions like restart and update your app but it doesn’t work.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great Concept, Poor execution

*2026-08-02*

I had high expectations from the HART Ring, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing.

From the beginning, I have faced frequent sync issues, charging problems, battery drain, and an unstable app experience. The app often requires me to force close and reopen it just to sync with the ring. That’s not a solution—it should simply work.

Battery life has deteriorated significantly. Initially, the ring lasted around 6–8 days, but now I have to charge it almost every day. The charging case is also unreliable, and I often have to place the ring back multiple times and repeatedly open and close the lid before it starts charging.

The ring was even replaced once under warranty, but the replacement developed similar issues. I’m still following up with customer support, yet there has been no satisfactory resolution.

A health wearable should provide a seamless, reliable experience and peace of mind. Instead, I’ve spent more time troubleshooting than actually using the product.

I hope HART improves both the hardware and software experience because, in its current state, I cannot recommend it.

### 5/5 — Consistent performer, Highly recommend

*2026-07-15*

I’ve been using this ring since March, and it’s been a fantastic experience so far. The heart rate tracking is accurate and consistent, and I haven’t run into a single glitch or issue in the five months I’ve worn it daily. Battery life has held up well, and it’s comfortable enough that I forget I’m wearing it.

What I appreciate most is the reliability-no random disconnects, no syncing issues, just consistent performance day after day. It’s become a seamless part of my routine for tracking my health.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dependable fitness ring that just works.

### 5/5 — A complete, data-driven app for fitness and health tracking

*2026-06-24*

What I like about HART App is that it brings my entire health profile into one ecosystem. It tracks daily metrics like steps, sleep, calories, resting heart rate, and blood pressure, while also combining body composition data and blood work to give a much deeper picture of overall health. It even helps me understand how my body is aging and how my health is progressing over time.

Another feature I find very useful is calorie tracking. It makes it easy to monitor how much food I am consuming, how much I am burning, and how my calorie deficit is affecting fat loss. This makes the whole fitness journey much more data-driven instead of relying on guesswork. Rather than checking multiple apps and reports separately, I can see everything in one place and make better decisions based on actual numbers. Overall, it feels like a smart and complete health companion rather than just a basic tracking app.

### 5/5 — Hart_Ring_My_Fitness_Buddy

*2026-06-13*

I am using Fittr ring since almost a year now. It has immensely helped for my fitness & weight loss goals. It helps me track my calories, TDEE, my sleep & my Bp too (Amazing feature which was recently added). It shows my resting heart rate which has improved a lot since last year(around 50). All this data motivates me to continue & aggravate my fitness journey. This has been the best fitness related purchase for me. It’s much better than any smart watch since you can wear it 24 hrs unlike any smart watch. Kudos to Fittr team & JC.

### 5/5 — Excellent Health Tracking Experience with FITTR Heart Ring

*2026-06-11*

I’ve been using the FITTR Heart Ring and have had a very positive experience so far. The ring is comfortable to wear throughout the day and night, and its sleek design makes it easy to incorporate into daily life. The health insights, especially sleep, recovery, and activity tracking, are presented in a simple and meaningful way, helping me stay more aware of my overall well-being.

I particularly appreciate the convenience of getting important health metrics without having to wear a bulky smartwatch. The battery life has been reliable, and the companion app is easy to navigate. Overall, the FITTR Heart Ring is a thoughtfully designed product that combines comfort, technology, and actionable health insights effectively. I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a discreet and practical health-tracking device.

### 5/5 — ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Smart Ring in India!

*2026-06-08*

I’ve been using this HART ring for a while and I’m very impressed.

🔋 Amazing Battery Life – Lasts almost a week, much longer than my Apple Watch.

😴 Comfortable for Sleep Tracking – Lightweight and easy to wear all night.

📊 No Subscription Fees – All health data and insights are included at no extra cost unlike Whoop Band.

🎯 Impressive Accuracy – Data is accurate and there are additional metrics compared to my Apple Watch and Whoop Band at roughly 1/3rd of the price.

🤝 Great Customer Support – Had an issue, and the team quickly arranged a replacement.

‼️ Be Mindful - Use ring protectors that comes along with it, pair that with hand gloves while in gym, to avoid scratches.

💡 Suggestion for the team - Metrics and data can be used to nudge users with interactive notifications during workout / right after wakeup / noticeable change in activity, etc. like Apple Health.

### 5/5 — It’s like a daily check-in for my body.

*2026-04-17*

I bought this mostly for the health insights, and it hasn't disappointed. I love waking up and checking my sleep and recovery scores—it’s become my morning ritual. It’s surprisingly accurate, too; on the days I feel sluggish, the app usually shows exactly why. The best part is that it’s stylish enough to wear to a wedding but durable enough for the gym. If you’re like me and want to understand your body better without a screen constantly buzzing on your wrist, you’ll love this.

### 5/5 — Exceptional Health Tracking Experience by Fittr

*2025-12-19*

I purchased the Hart Ring for both my wife and myself, and it has proven to be one of the best decisions I have made. The insights provided by the ring have driven meaningful lifestyle improvements, including better sleep habits, healthier eating, effective stress tracking and management, and an overall enhancement in quality of life.

The food logging feature is a true game changer, allowing approximate calorie tracking simply by taking a picture of the meal. Additionally, the app’s continuous enhancements ensure that users consistently receive accurate and valuable insights.

Thank you, Fittr, for developing such an exceptional app. Keep up the excellent work.

### 5/5 — Couldn't have asked for better

*2025-11-14, version 2.1.5*

The FITTR HART ring has quietly become one of the most important parts of my daily routine. It’s light, comfortable, and I barely feel it on my finger, but the amount of data it tracks is seriously impressive.

I love how it gives me clear insights into:
	•	Sleep quality
	•	Recovery and readiness
	•	Activity levels and calorie burn
	•	Overall daily health trends

The app layout is clean and easy to understand — even if you’re not a hardcore data person, the way the metrics are presented makes it simple to take action. Instead of random numbers, it actually helps you make better choices: when to push harder, when to rest, and how your lifestyle habits are affecting your body.

### 5/5 — Best in business

*2025-11-14, version 2.1.5*

Just in love with the tracking features .Sleep ,steps ,Hrv,stress, food logs .Just a complete package .One of the best investments .Must buy
