About
Your Apple Watch (and other Apple Health devices) already collects the data. Fittra turns it into one screen you can actually read, and one thing to do about it today.
WHAT YOU SEE
• Activity rings, steps, sleep, heart rate and calories on a single dashboard, each with its own trend line
• Last night in stages: awake, REM, core and deep, with time in bed and efficiency beside it
• Resting heart rate as a trend, not a number
• 7, 30 and 90 day views so you can tell a bad week from a real change
WHAT THE COACH DOES
Every morning Fittra finds the one thing that stands out in your own data. Slept 50 minutes under your average. Resting heart rate up 5 over your norm. Four days since your last workout. Then it gives you a single focus for the day that follows from it, and a forecast for tomorrow (including personalized workouts).
Ask the coach anything about your training, sleep or recovery. It answers with your numbers, not generic advice.
HOW IT WORKS
Connect Apple Health once. Fittra reads what your Watch and iPhone already record. Log mood, water and food if you want them in the picture. Nothing to enter every day.
Most fitness apps track data. Fittra pays attention to it.
Fittra provides coaching guidance, not medical advice.
