This has sincerely changed my life!! I was lucky enough to be apart of beta testing it made is so much easier to reach my goals having those easy one on ones with my coach! Having a meal plan for me and the workouts!! I’ve never had a six pack before in my life played sports all growing up and it has just transformed me! If you join this with your coaching staff you will never be the same thank you Rcmc!
