I want to like this app, because on paper it does all I need - control my Pacerocker walking pad, and log the workout to Apple Health. In practice however, it’s a buggy mess. You have to manually connect your device for every workout. Then it creates duplicate workouts - an “outdoor run” and an “indoor walk”. The Apple Watch app also doesn’t stop when your exercise ends on the mobile app, so it exaggerates your workout duration. It runs in the background somehow and you have to stop it separately. Please fix this stuff!!!!

I have a treadmill that’s associated with this app, and it’s garbage. I can't download map routes; it’s always stuck at 0.0%, and my Wi-Fi works perfectly. I've tried logging out and reinstalling the app, but nothing changes. The only thing that worked was downloading one route after two hours of effort; it somehow downloaded, but once you start a route and try to pause it for a break, you can’t unpause it anymore. Your route gets stuck, and you’re forced to stop completely. Plus, there are connectivity issues with the Apple Watch, where it’ll tell you to start a workout, but once you do, it’s a 50/50 chance it actually starts on your watch or stays on it. There are so many issues with this app; it’s frustrating because when you open it, it seems like it’ll be great.

Once start the workout 
Apple Watch heart rate monitor will stop working and stop measuring heart rate during workout sessions no data will show
And the only way to solve it is logout and relogin to the app then heart rate will show up like normal 
It’s keep happening all the time 
Fix it please

Customer service pointed out that FitShow app has Strava.  I downloaded that, the treadmill works great on it, so does sync with Strava.  Pretty happy.

Great app it’s simple and easy
There is a bug in the app, causing the Apple Watch heart rate monitor to stop working and stop measuring heart rate during workout sessions 
Sometimes the app doesn’t sync with Apple health too 
After relogin the app then heart rate means works again 
But even after religion the heart rate measures will stop after about 10 mins and will not update and need relogin again to get another 10 mins 
And please add ranking today/
week/ months in profile section

First, you can't use the app like a simple remote.

Second, if you enter their workout screen, it's not even complete. You can't adjust speed etc. manually. In fact you can't even go back to the previous screen or stop the treadmill. It's like someone created a 25% done app using AI and decided to not finish the useful parts.
