It comes off as lazy and inconsistent. I’m supposed to trust a company to make a custom product for me when they can’t even update their app to reflect the consumer? Not really into that. ### 5/5 — Custom sized and light weight *2020-04-29, version 1.1.3* Love the interface and the product. My blue light glasses are custom sized for my face. Fitz Frames are great for kids and adults alike. From order to delivery took 10 days or so. I now have two pairs of blue lights, a pair of sunglasses and my better half has blue lights as well. My Fitz glasses fit so well-the best fitting glasses I have ever owned. They are light, comfortable, and never feel like they are going to fall off when I am playing. Now I’m wearing them for driving and other things too! Got another pair of RX sunglasses. I can’t use the app I’m putting it on eye level I believe it should have a more detailed video how to do it :) ### 5/5 — Don’t Downgrade The App !!!!! *2020-02-10, version 1.1.3* For something as important as your eyesight, reading the full app description (taking <5 minutes) is not too much to ask! Putting all the pieces together (3D camera and printing) is something that should have been done immediately after the release of FaceID (or, perhaps giving time for the developers to write the code ;-). The app description CLEARLY STATES what the limitations are, and needing the 3D depth camera is just common sense! People are SO quick to find someone or something to blame (but NEVER themselves)! It’s like blaming an old B&W TV for not being able to do color! PLEASE keep the app as is, so that it can take advantage of the 3D camera, and allow people with this technology to use it! I’ve had to wear glasses my entire life, and now that I’m aging, my prescription AND my face seem to be in constant flux. This app is literally a “god-send”! And most importantly customer service is literally non existent. I emailed them saying please process my order. Never heard back lol. We’ve followed up multiple times and requested a refund or our order and they have yet to respond with any substantive response. I was hoping to use the camera feature to fit my son for his first pair of glasses. However, we could never get the profile picture to work. We moved around for several minutes and aligned according to the arrows, yet never received the 3-2-1 prompt. We are using a device that has the required camera, so that’s not the problem. We deleted and reinstalled. Same issue. This was super frustrating and very disappointing. Pray you never need help with an order. Apparently, they don’t have “customer service”. If you call, you will get an “answering service company” that can only send an email. The scanner takes a few seconds to understand but once we got the movement, it took 3 seconds on each side! I will never go back to a store to try on glasses again. The app is easy to use. ### 5/5 — Changed how I wear glasses! *2020-09-11, version 1.1.3* I love my Fitz Frames so much, and I’m a grown up who’s been wearing glasses since I was a little kid. They’re a hit for my kids’ sunglasses, but extra great for me. They don’t slide off my nose (!), they look great, are lightweight, and it’s a relief how flexible they are - I don’t worry about the many little things you learn to be careful of while wearing glasses. They just move a little and bounce right back to shape. I even tried and ended up loving their transition lenses. And I’ve never gotten so many compliments on a pair of glasses (Okie Dokie in hot pink, especially). I saw some negative reviews about the app not working on older models than iPhone X - since that’s the case, I’ve lent my phone to friends of family who wanted a pair. They create an account, log in to the account on my phone, pick out a pair, then then can order from their own phone when ready. The glasses should be sitting waiting in their cart on their account. You have to have a friend with the iPhone X or above, but at least it’s one work around! ### 5/5 — My whole family loves Fitz glasses! *2020-08-11, version 1.1.3* I first discovered Fitz for my 7 year old daughter who wears glasses and we needed a new pair of prescription sunglasses for her. Now our whole family has Fitz glasses ranging from adult sunglass non prescription pairs which we always use for tennis, to bluelight pairs for full days of zoom and remote schooling.
