Great app for my daily 5 element practice. Takes care of the timing for each pose. Even have a picture of the pose in case you forget. Music helps with contemplation of the nature of each element. Started with 5mins. Hope to get to 9mins soon.

I love the sounds that accompanies all the elements and the timer along with the posture image was immensely helpful. Before this I would need to keep an eye on the time...now I'm laughing and enjoying the creative sound accompaniments!
