However the recent change to a new app has not gone well. This new version is clunky and does not allow you to apply rewards. Have to use your website to place orders. Went through the process to let them know I was there to pick up. Got an encouraging reply saying food was on its way. Never showed up and had to go in and ask for it. Won’t be tipping for pickup. What a waste to pay a tip for an order I had to place and pick up. Where’s the service? Then I get a bot when I try to contact. Pick up service has really gotten bad. Dine in is ok. However, over the last year it’s gotten to the point where I can never seem to get logged in anymore and now I can’t even create an account, it is extremely frustrating! I now have to go on the web to order my food and the last time I went, it had dropped the drink. I had ordered off of my order so the web is not the way to go either. The app never saves quick pay. I have to find my card and type it in and I use it 2 to 3 times a week. Also, I made a mistake on the ZIP Code so at the back button made me go back to the screen where I was charged for the tip, even though I removed it the first time because I would rather do cash that should remain the same settings and not be tricked to pay. Also, it messes up on the silverware and ketchup screen where you click on them and it either says please select even though you’ve selected them or you forgot to and you can’t re-add them not to mention the fact that a lot of times they don’t get included when you do successfully add them other than that. I absolutely love the restaurant. It may be more convenient for your staff, but it doesn’t provide convenience to the customer. I have to talk to management each time to log the visit. The receipt states to scan the QR code to add visit, but there isn’t a QR code. Adding to the wait list is useless as well because they do not use it.
