### 1/5 — Funds Mismanaged and Ridiculous Payment Prices. AVOID FIVE LAKES.

You will begin at an easy amount to pay, then Five Lakes will mismanage your money, causing your payments to double or triple without warning. I am quite literally making a rent payment to Five Lakes. I ask them for help and I stay on the phone with them for over an hour for them to say they can't do anything. Agents are nice, but these resolution offiers are terrible. 
I'm close to being out of this terrible program and I've seriously regretted every second of it. Don't do it.

We’ve been in the program for about 4 months. Everything they told us in the beginning has proven to be up front and on point. We feel relieved and we are making progress.

I went in thinking that it was a scam, glad I sticker through it. I am a Marine Corps vet and once I got out, I left with nothing much in my bank account. Relying on my credit card to survive. As time went on, was unable to make the minimum payments of $800 on the credit card.  Saw Five Lakes on an IG add, submitted my information, and even though my credit took a hit, I’ve been able to pay off my debt in a more affordable rate.

They do all the leg work! They have lawyers make the agreements so you have support if anyone tries to come after you. Hands down the place to go! Friends used other debt repair co.’s and still got sued and had to pay for lawyers. Don’t look further than Five Lakes!

I lost my job in Nov 2026, savings went fast and to convert to using my credit cards to fend the bills and other household expenses to include high priced gas my debt grew.  I searched BBB & there they were #1 😊👏🏽 After making the call my confidence grew.  They were soooo Professionally kind, compassionate and extremely understanding.  The accessible account has increased my confidence of their able because of their transparency to processing and capability online.  So even though the creditors are calling, writing and threatening, I’m safe now, I feel God has lead me into a relationship with The Five Lakes Team to handle  negotiations and intercede for my success. .When it’s all over they will have completed more than a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🙏🏽 job as far I’m concern !!♥️♥️🌹

I have enrolled into the program due to the fact that I have become a victim of credit card debt unfortunately and falling into the pitfall that most Americans fall into. Five Lakes so far has been wonderful in their support and guidance throughout this whole process and with their continued support I should be breaking out of these financial chains soon enough.

App is very easy to use and always accurate to the penny. They’ve helped me tremendously with debt I accrued after losing my job secondary to a life changing injury. They’re a great company to deal with and make getting out of crippling debts easy.
