It’s a very well laid out platform very accessible, but the data is not in there. I have no log of visits from any family member even though we’ve been going. I signed up for a class and like any adult that has 1 million things going on forgot what time my class was but it was  not in my app, try to search for the email and I couldn’t find it. Called the location and initially they weren’t going to be able to help me, no way I can look up your information,she said. Nothing I’m gonna be able to do for you. Welll I’ve been in customer service myself, and I’ve also worked in a lot of computer systems and technology. There can be no possible way that the girl at the front desk was not able to open my account. I,m Sorry I’m, if they can find my payment information I’m sure they should be able to see the free classes I signed up for as well. After continuing to say, I don’t know what time, I’ve done everything, I can to find it. It’s not in the app she gave in, got my name looked further because I was persistent, and she did eventually end up finding it.
