Very much a ploy to get you to not notice all the extra charges they’re going to give you. Second, I ordered over $80 worth of food and when I started it says 55 minute wait. In the few mins it took me to build the cart, the time had changed to <152> minutes and it never informed me that the wait time more than doubled until after I checked out. Now I have four hungry people waiting HOURS for food - and there is NO option to cancel. At all. Also this app is not user friendly. The interface is terrible and has the least amount of options possible for it to function, but no more. I will stick with door dash, and just pick up from the restaurants they don’t service from now on. ### 5/5 — Fantastic! *2020-07-18* Have been using this app for a year now. 1000% beats grub hub or other delivery services. We have had zero issues from a delivery standpoint and often get the same drivers. It’s very nice having the same people deliver our food as our house is hard to find. Giving an error when trying to order individual items or saying delivery is not available at times when they are listed available. Not only that but their delivery fees are considerably higher than other delivery services in the area on top of the fact that they increase each food item by roughly $1.50. Highly recommend! ### 2/5 — When they mess up, it’s very difficult to contact them. *2018-06-22* We’ve used their service a few times st work. Today, after the food was delivered, we noticed they didn’t deliver one of the meals. We tried to contact them to have them about the missing meal, but there’s contact info in the app. We called the restaurant directly, who confirmed the missing meal was still there and was never picked up with the rest of the order. We looked directly in the apps website for a phone number as well, but only found it after a coworker left to pick up the missing meal directly from the website. I understand mistakes happen, so I’m not too upset that one of the meals was missed. I just wish there was a contact phone number in the app or someone to let them know when an order is messed up. ### 3/5 — I want to like this service. *2018-05-12* First things first, conceptually this is a fantastic idea! The number of restaurants available on this app is impressive, and it seems like every time I open it there are new options. Secondly, the app does work very well. Ordering is easy, paying is simple, and the driver/food tracker is really cool. I’ve not experienced any issues with the functionality. The issue I’ve experienced is either miscommunication or just my bad luck, but either way I have used this app for 3 orders/deliveries. 2 of the 3 times the food was delivered, and it was wrong. My receipt history on the app shows I ordered correctly, but either this app orders wrong on my behalf, or two different restaurants have incorrectly sent the wrong food out the door. It’s close, but different. Wrong pizza toppings or chicken instead of vegetables on Thai food, etc. My confidence is not leaning towards paying all the convenience fees and just picking-up carry out next time.
