Either charge your license fee in the form of an in-app purchase or simply charge for the app (either way paying 30% to Apple like everyone else), or remove the license requirement entirely. I find this mobile license fee (which was never mentioned in the months of hype leading up to our company's adoption of this service, or in any of your training videos) to be distasteful. I'm sure you already have a lucrative contract with my company for your cloud-based telephone service. This is a nickel holding up a dollar and by that I mean this transition to your service is not off to a great start. Ignore this at your peril! The app may be pulled from the store. If your app was five dollars which is on the high-end of the App Store, I would have gladly paid it instead of writing this review. ### 5/5 — It works fine *2014-09-14* It works fine. This app is not worth your time unless they provide an update soon! ### 4/5 — Good working *2013-10-11* I would say it is working good for Five9's first app. Read the Help documentation, does help to discover all features and tools. Very surprised how good it shows live data. I'm sure more to come like details about calls in queue, or stop and starting campaigns, checking list statuses and details. So far the app is working and I had only one crash when customizing some of the colums. ### 1/5 — Wish I could get into it! *2013-09-13* I was very excited to see that there was an iPad app for Five9 since I can't use it through my device's browser. Unfortunately I can't log into it, always get a message stating that the maximum number of users has been reached.
