인강에 전화문의 했더니 영상 정지가 된 예는 없고 인터넷환경을 문제 삼기에 속도등 다른 ott를 비롯 테스트 해봤는데도 같은 증상이 나온다. 하니 업체와 상의해보겠다 하던데 우연히 리뷰를 보니 나같은 증상이 3년전부터 있던데 아직 개선이 없으면 이 회사 망한거 같아요. 문제풀이 닷컴은 돈아낄려고 이런 쓰레기를 쓰는거 같습니다. 리뷰보고 위로받기는 첨이네요. -100점도 아깝다.
