But not in this case. I’m using a newer model iPhone with the most recent updates, and I can buy no means and under no circumstances make this app do anything. There’s just no logging in. I’ve tried every which-nine ways to Sunday To be greeted with a welcome to no avail. I’m keeping this app on the off-chance it’ll do anything in the future for me, but right now it’s just a pixel-weight. ### 1/5 — Not Functional *2023-10-17, version 7.13* The app crashes during sign-in and is completely moot. Seller verification took over a month. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2023-10-11, version 7.13* At the start of the App it asks me to enter my full name. However there is a glitch. The space won’t except a name and will then ask for a email. When you add a email the space will then prompt for a name. Can someone explain this. I sent a lot of messages asking for support and in the last week I got no response. ### 1/5 — Username Change = Fraud *2023-10-02, version 7.13* 🚨🚨Don’t follow the steps on their website to change your username. I tried to log in instead and it keeps telling me I already have an account. Then I clicked forgot password and it had an error on not being able to recover password?? ### 1/5 — The timer doesn’t even work *2021-12-10, version 7.01* The one thing I wanted to use this for, and it doesn’t it even save half the time when I use the timer to clock in my hours. I also cannot understand if the Support button is to message AND.CO itself or MY company, because “Message Your COs” isn’t very clear when you work as a freelancer on a company’s app while contracted by another company. 🥲 If these things can be fixed, I’m sure I can give the app five stars! Will change review if fixed. I eventually got in on another account but then found how complicated and unorganized this was. After than be prepared to wait 3 weeks of “clearance time” for the pay. Only after that you can add payout methods, which takes several days “for my own protection”. So after you deliver your job. Unfortunately I experienced a series of annoying bugs over the last year or 2 from some clients randomly not receiving their email invoices to more recently recurring invoices disappearing and lately not even sending out at all. I just recently realized the benefit of time tracking and it’s a GAME CHANGER. It’s so worth the money...insane amounts. The app is not as good as the website, which I highly recommend using the website sometimes for a smoother process of adding clients and keeping track, but the app is good for just checking things off. If we could fix the app up and make it as involved as the website I would give it 6 stars. I am also ridiculously impressed wit their customer service so far. I am usually loyal when it comes to having a good experience with CSR and they have been amazingly accommodating and helpful.
