Better than any app I have ever used for weight loss and training. Personalized to you and has so many great features. If you follow this app you are bound to feel better!

I was fat and out of shape. I had been in a real rut for years. My friend recommended I try out the fivestar shredder program. Boy oh boy were they right!!!! It wasn’t easy but I followed the program precisely and watched the results pour in. I went from being the guy in the pool with his shirt on, to having all the mom’s gossiping about my fresh 6 pack. I highly recommend this program for anyone looking to change your life.

The shredder challenge helped me bring my fitness and nutrition to the next level. I dropped 20 lbs in 60 days (180>160) while gaining 5 lbs of muscle mass. Puke not be more excited that there is now an app!
