This app is good when it works, but it often doesn’t work. Whenever I try to vote for an issue or submit an issue, I get an error message saying either “There was an error fulfilling your request” or “Connection Error, Unable to Upload Report.” Sometimes I have to try 10 or 15 times before it finally works. Sometimes it doesn’t work until the next day. There’s nothing wrong with my connection; I can read everyone else’s reports just fine. Happens regardless of whether I'm on WiFi or mobile data. Rebooting the app and turning the phone on/off doesn’t make a difference. This issue has been happening for many months but it has gotten much worse lately. I noticed that the app developer hasn’t updated the app since 2015. That might be part of the problem. The city should get the developer to fix these bugs.
