## What is Fix My English?

Fix My English listens to what you say and gives it back the way someone fluent would have said it.

Two ways to use it:

TRANSLATE
Speak in one language, hear it in another. Nine languages, any pair: English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian.

REFINE
Speak in a language you're learning and hear the same sentence said more naturally. Not a grammar checker — it rewrites the sentence the way a fluent speaker would actually say it, and tells you when what you said was already fine.

PICK A TONE
Everyday, Friendly, or Business. The same sentence lands differently depending on who you're talking to, so choose before you speak.

SEE WHY
Open the Details section and you get the same sentence in the other two tones, plus the words and phrases worth knowing — what each alternative sounds like, and when to use it. That's the part that makes the next sentence easier, not just this one.

BUILT TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY
No account. No sign-up. Press the button and talk.
Your history stays on your device and never leaves it.
Nothing you say is stored on our servers.

WHAT IT IS NOT
This app needs an internet connection — the translation happens on a server. Speech recognition is done by iOS, which may send audio to Apple for transcription; the text is then translated by Google's Gemini. The privacy policy spells out exactly what goes where.
