Basically: 1) it is missing an interface to check the status of your past incidents 2) it should allow incident owners modification after reporting... If you report something and it gets solved before the municipal services arrive there is no way of notifying it to them 3) it should ask for a rating of incident reporters to evaluate their satisfaction with the solution provided. Hope these features get implemented one day. The application is very useful, otherwise. ### 1/5 — Arnaque? Problèmes de localisation cependant, je l’indique sur la carte mais l’appli ne la retient pas (exemple dans le parc du 50aire). Ca serait bien d’avoir accès à ses précédents signalements dans l’application pour y ajouter des commentaires ou réouvrir l’incident lorsqu’il n’a pas été correctement résolu ### 1/5 — Ne fonctionne pas *2019-01-08, version 7.4.0* J’essaie d’utiliser l’app depuis 3 mois et à chaque fois que je veux signaler un incident, l’app se bloque. Possibilité de faire des signalements anonymes. Malheureusement, le suivi n’est pas assuré par les services de voirie : ticket clôturé sans intervention ou transmis à Bruxelles-Propreté mais sans d’autre suivi… En conclusion, on a l’impression de perdre notre temps. Obligé de mettre 1 étoile pour espérer que mon avis soit transmis et responsabilise les services de voirie à traiter correctement les tickets… ### 1/5 — Not working *2024-05-03, version 11.0.7* No map and will not submit a report, it used to work. The council and regional services take action, and clean up the mess that others leave behind. We have too many people in Brussels, both residents and visitors, who show an utter disregard towards our city causing damage and litter. The council are doing a good job to try and sort it out. More police walking around, not on bikes or cars, issuing on the spot fines would help. So, 5 stars for the service . One can report a problem on a street/road/park on their website. I do this because the app won't display on my iPhone SE (2016 ios 15). I can fill in the forms, but the Continue button does not do anything.
