Well, if you try to rate a photo at one start—after allowing for multiple redos, multiple explanations that went unread by editor, and a bunch of money for absolutely unusually results, they will NOT allow you to rate a result at one star. They insist on more redos. Mind you, the editor just kept reusing the actual photo I gave him or the one I asked him to redo. AI did a better job. I even tipped him for the extra time he was taking halfway through in good faith because I felt that it must be my communication error at first. Nope! A total waste of $25 to ask for a minor photoshop that took AI 30 seconds to do. Oh, and by the way, if you try to “report a problem,” they insist that you create an account. Fools. Fix the Photo is hands-down the worst, most pathetic excuse for a photo editing app I’ve ever used. I submitted a simple request — change my waistline — and they returned a photo that was exactly the same. Not “barely touched.” Not “subtle.” I mean literally identical, pixel for pixel. I gave them clear direction. I was wearing a bright blue shirt with no pattern, standing against a white door — as easy a background as it gets. They had every opportunity to do something — and instead, they sent me two identical photos and called it “done.” Twice. And used up all my credits in the process. This app is nothing but a money pit, preying on people who actually expect results. You could do better with the iPhone photo editor and a white paintbrush in 30 seconds — for free. They don’t fix your photo. They just fix their payroll. Do yourself a favor — avoid this app like a gas station sushi platter in July.
