You guys made my service requests rescheduled to 4-5 times and finally rescheduled to some other day. This morning, Jithina from Fixall contacted us early to confirm our location. From the very first conversation, her humble approach, polite communication, and helpful attitude were truly impressive. She arrived on time and did an excellent job with the housekeeping work. Her dedication, sincerity, and pleasant behaviour deserve special appreciation.
