Add a functionality to allow both Clients and Technicians to mark a job as completed in their respective apps. Upon marking a job as completed, the user is redirected to rate the other party, and a notification is sent to the other party prompting them to rate as well. All UI text and notifications are fully translated in both English and French.

* Fix a bug in the profile tab that was preventing country and city dropdowns from displaying properly and hence preventing users from creating their profiles on the app.

1) Keep the Save/Update buttons always visible above the keyboard when it comes up in the profile screens.
2) Allow users to log in using either their email address or their phone number. If they choose phone number, they can pick their country from the dropdown to automatically prepend the correct country code, letting them input their phone number without the country code.
3) Automatically skip phone verification for users signed in or creating their accounts via Apple or Google.
4) Automatically skip email verification for users signed in or creating their accounts via WhatsApp.

1) Fix a bug that was preventing technicians from placing orders from within a service request.
2) Changed logic so that when a technician signs out without changing their on duty status, it automatically switch to off duty. 
3) Add functionality to check if guest users are also existing users and then have them login instead, other than creating new accounts for them when they try to submit a service request.
