### 5/5 — Finally, a system that actually works

We've been using FixCore for a few weeks and it's already made a huge
difference. Before this, maintenance requests were all over the place
- texts, emails, sticky notes. Half the time things just didn't get
done because there was no organized way to track them.

FixCore is simple. You see something that needs fixing, you log it in
10 seconds on your phone, and it goes into a work order list everyone
can see. No more forgotten requests or wondering who's handling what.

The scheduled maintenance feature is a game changer too. We set up
recurring tasks for things like HVAC service and it automatically
creates work orders when they're due. One missed maintenance call can
cost thousands in replacements, so this alone pays for itself.

Best part? The team actually uses it. If a tool is complicated, people
won't adopt it. FixCore is the opposite of complicated.
