I only made a one-time purchase. ### 2/5 — Shady Subscription charges and unfriendly app interface in this regard *2026-08-21, version 26.24* I got charged $100 after ordering the tool for cheap, then didn’t even get all the things the order was supposed to come with, and when I downloaded the app, the interface is good for the scanning part but managing ANYTHING having to do with your account is near impossible to do. My bank sent a fraud alert, I said I did not authorize the charge, they immediately cancelled my card & issued a new one a week later! That was a year ago. Well, today they just tried again to charge my new card number! I don't even know how they got it but yet again my bank cancelled my card. What a mess. The device works fine, it's just the trying to steal my money part I have a problem with.
