## What is Fixerr?

Fixerr is where tenants, owners, tradespeople and property managers coordinate property maintenance - from the first "something's broken" to the finished job.

REPORT AN ISSUE IN SECONDS
Describe what's wrong by chatting with Fixerr's AI assistant, or start a real-time voice call and talk it through out loud. Attach photos or documents on the spot. The assistant asks the right follow-up questions and gets your ticket moving straight away - no forms to fill in.

TRACK EVERY REPAIR, START TO FINISH
See the status of every ticket at a glance, get push notifications the moment something changes, and message everyone involved on the job directly in the app.

FOR TENANTS
Report issues fast, follow their progress, and stay in the loop without chasing anyone for updates.

FOR OWNERS
Review and approve tradie quotes (including partial approvals), pay invoices directly in the app, track spend across your properties, and set up payouts.

FOR TRADESPEOPLE
See job requests as they come in, submit quotes, upload completion photos, and manage your invoicing - all from your phone.

FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS & AGENCIES
Oversee tickets across every property and owner you manage, keep every stakeholder aligned, and resolve issues faster.

Built for real property-management workflows, not a generic ticketing tool - Fixerr already knows who's involved in a job and keeps the right people talking to each other.
