It fails to clear the cache or allow further access to the iOS Photo library for the job completion, making it necessary to restart the app each time I need to complete the next job. Come guys please sort this out as the issue really makes the app irritating when I’m processing completions at the end of a working day. ### 3/5 — Jan 2025 server outage has affected app *2025-02-06, version 30001.18.1* There was a recent server issue which meant FIXFLO was temporarily unusable, even on a browser. Since then the iOS app seems to have reverted to behaving as it did in earlier versions; frequent crashes, and unpredictable handling of photos, unreliable completion commands and other quirks. Please cure these issues asap as the browser version on my iPhone is not much better with its tiny default fonts ### 1/5 — Crashing *2024-12-31, version 30001.18.1* Every single Tome You Have to log in and it still crashes ### 1/5 — Crashes *2024-11-28, version 30001.17.2* Still is rubbish and not working correctly. The support is the worst for any company ### 3/5 — Good but needs some improvement *2024-11-26, version 30001.17.2* Really good app great to work with contractors/landlords and tenants but needs some work on the syncing, notifications to tenants responding, scrolling issue on comments, can be slow at times with updating information on particular jobs. Could also have a journal type section tracking what or who has has done something on a particular job something like Agent assign job Contractor set quote appointment Contractor attended Contractor quoted Landlord accepted Or something just helps to track progress and if something changed it’s all there to see and back track. Good just needs a few fix’s in my opinion ### 4/5 — Nearly there *2024-10-09, version 30001.16.0* I find it very good as I can organise my appointments on my phone and upload my invoices.i find the way the calendar works on appointments setting frustrating.but overall pretty good ### 1/5 — Awful. *2024-10-07, version 30001.16.0* Truly terrible. Need to set a new password every time I log in. Never seems to work effectively. ### 2/5 — Needs improvement. *2024-09-30, version 30001.16.0* iPad/iPhone use. Can’t copy and paste jobs which is very time consuming. This works sometimes but mostly not. Slow to update. Even when updated some jobs don’t appear. You need to log out and log in again. App doesn’t remember log in details so you have to type it all out EVERYTIME! App doesn’t link to Xero which a lot of people use so the agents need to manually enter our quotes. These need sorting ### 3/5 — Correction: the media handling is still lame *2024-08-12* The comments section now supports click and dial for telephone numbers listed there. However, alternative tenant numbers are usually listed in the Details section where there is no way to even select copy or paste a phone number. You have to physically write it down somewhere and then type it into your phone. Come on. Also there is an intermittent issue with Comments section where often when you compose a reply there is no available recipient (User). Mobile app needs to be be more functional and also sync reliably. Feature request: please add a way to tag each job with status signifiers, e.g left message with tenant, job partially completed, awaiting tenant confirmation **Developer response:** Hi, Thanks for the additional information. Can you please submit this feedback through the suggest and improvement feature in the app so we can discuss this with you further? Thanks, Fixflo ### 3/5 — Awful at syncing *2024-08-08, version 30001.15.1* App is pretty useful when it works but often bugs out when syncing, asks me to log out and back in and when I do it says user not found. But I can log in fine on the website. Think app needs more work to make it bug out less ### 1/5 — Zero Stars *2024-08-01, version 30001.14.1* This app has not worked properly in over a year. Every day i have to delete all my accounts and start again. This app has created 10x more work. Invoices are typed over and over and files uploaded only to find it has not worked. This has been reported to the inept staff. Completely useless and extremely painful for contractors *2024-06-10, version 30001.13.1* Lags, quits, doesn’t show all communication. Doesn’t work at all if no internet. It stores everything (contractor doesn’t have access to majority of things from the app) in the online database so if no internet it doesn’t work. Very difficult to manoeuvre between the jobs in the app. Maybe it works better on a pc but unfortunately, I can’t power up my desktop in the van. Searching for things said is not possible so you have to remember what you said within which job exactly if you want to find it a few days later. In case the data base fails to let you access, and you are having HMRC looking at things you are screwed as no access to anything. I highlighted this to the app developer that it could/should be stored within my server/emails but they don’t bother… ### 1/5 — It’s NOT good!!! *2024-06-07, version 30001.13.1* Up to 48hrs to reply, no telephone number for customer support! Issue been on going for weeks now! I wish I had a desk job so I could spend time in the day to sort it out! But I don’t! Should be chasing me to resolve the problem, not the other way round! ### 1/5 — No response notifications *2024-05-23, version 30001.13.1* You need a green tick or similar to show any agent has seen messages sent , that way contractors would know if ignored ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Slow, no search function, not useable *2025-08-08, version 30001.22.1* I use FF a lot with various letting agents and struggle to complete any work on here. Usability needs to be closer to the desktop version with a good search function, and messages updating based on the same user account being updated on desktop. Why would I need to see that I commented on my desktop as a further message on the app. Seriously frustrating App ### 1/5 — Ray *2025-07-17, version 30001.22.1* Hopeless over complicated app Does nothing but quadruple my workload. Countless repeating fmdoks being sent to me confirming appointments, invoices, statements. Everting gets done at least three times. Worst system I’ve ever encountered. Typical of a middleman company blowing their own trumpet about how good they think they are!! Terrible app,very slow.. Worst backward illogical system ever!! Definatly not streamlined!! NIGHTMARE!!!! ### 1/5 — The solution to a problem that never existed *2025-06-01, version 30001.21.0* Since the agents I work for have adopted Fixflo, it has caused nothing but frustration. Works orders have been missed which have resulted in missed work opportunities. The communication through the app is very inconsistent. I’ve declined quotes only to have the agent email me (which they could have done in the first place) and ask for the quote again creating twice as much admin. Sending invoices is a pain. I used to just email an attachment. Now I have to tell the app when I’m coming, when I’ve finished, fill out more forms and finally send a bill. I just don’t know what the advantage of this app is. Let’s go back to emails and phone calls… much easier. ### 1/5 — Very buggy *2025-05-21, version 30001.21.0* Not the greatest app to be honest. It’s very buggy & slow. You can’t review quotes once they’ve been accepted. So you have to keep a copy of the quote elsewhere which creates more paperwork when the app is supposed to limit the amount of paperwork. Because the app is slow, you can’t fill the jobs out quickly and move on to the next job. Overall it’s not the best app for a contractor to use ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-05-06, version 30001.21.0* This App is terrible. So confusing to use. No response from messages. ### 1/5 — No use *2025-04-17, version 30001.21.0* Just fails to sync consistently despite attempts to reset the app, log out and back in. Doesn’t show everything resulting in missed opportunities to quote or confusion around jobs and on top of not working at all bombards you with pop ups to turn on notifications when you don’t want to. I’ve used Fixflo both as an agent and a contractor. It seems to work alright from the agents perspective and gives the impression of contractors just being inept when it comes to using the system. From a contractors perspective, especially out and about with just the app to rely on its completely unusable. But now as I get more work through the app than by phone, I’m coming around.
