We seem to all have really busy lives, and often put health at the bottom of our priority list. What I like about this app is that they bring health engagement to the forefront; I am also able to involve loved ones so I do not feel alone during this journey. I also like that this app in completely free and agnostic in terms of methods- so it does not recommend a diet or an exercise but rather teaches us all how to be engaged and inspired. How you get there is up to you; as long as you are engaged. If you do not engage, no one will do it for you.
