I constantly have to keep guessing which machines work, and I’m down to three. I can’t even use those machines because other people are using them. Also, I cant my money back! It’s the middle of winter where I am and none of the machines seem to know what cold means. They have scorching hot water! And the other machines are literally flooded. The other laundry room that literally always smells like pee and has drunk homeless people has better machines. ### 1/5 — Not working *2020-01-25, version 2.3.1* This app will not the me complete a request for a repair on a machine due to not being able to enter what is wrong with the machine. ### 1/5 — Most disappointed *2020-01-25, version 2.3.1* I am unsatisfied with this app because when I tried to report a problem, it asked me to give the machine problem. Awful service and criminal prices for laundry. ### 1/5 — Worst App and Service Ever *2019-04-22, version 2.2.0* This App has to be the slowest most frustrating thing to use. Not only does the app CRASH every other minute, but calling customer service and is worse. I would highly recommend checking every machine prior to using. Because if you pay and it turns out the machine doesn’t work once you press START you won’t get your money back. This has happened to me before. I’ve lost a total of up to $50 because machines will seem like they work, you pay and when it begins to wash it crashes and you’re left with having to pay for another washer. I would also recommend you finding another washroom if you can. Just my experience and a heads up. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2019-04-12, version 2.2.0* This app constantly crashes! I’ve basically given up on it and use the website now to submit my requests. It could be because there are sooooo many requests for fixing these old and poorly maintained machines, and lack of action by the company, that the app crashes. 🤷‍♀️ Very frustrating! ### 1/5 — Not working *2019-04-12, version 2.2.0* When I try to enable access to my camera this app doesn’t even show up in my privacy setting or list of apps in my settings. The machines in my complex do not list their 6 digit codes, they are only available by scanning which I can’t do since I cannot enable camera access. ### 1/5 — Useless *2019-04-07, version 2.2.0* App is just as good as their service. While it recognized the machine, the app wouldn’t let me select the problem. It’s a total waste of time to try using it as it is. The washers have not been working for over a month and yet nobody has came out to fix the problem. We are constantly having problems with the washers. I have tried calling over and over and no response from the company. It demands to have the “problem” field filled in. Fair enough. But there is no field. The only available input is a Cancel Button. There is no way to submit a problem. I tried to do a service for one of our machines. You can’t input details about what the thing is doing. The second page doesn’t open to give you space to input. Everything glitches, you cant even submit a service request without the app freezing or starting over. I used the exact machine and no issues. Barcode scanned in less than a second, menus was easy to navigate, and machine address populated automatically. Just had to manually input my name and phone. Easy as anything and got the job done.
