## What is FixMyBack App?

FixMyBack App is a self-hands-on spine and posture re-modeling system. You will be able to do effective hands-on techniques that mobilize the spine, with little effort, right in the comfort of your own home. As you progress through the training modules you'll improve spinal mobility, correct alignment and receive systemic benefits such as improved immune function, less pain, and improved digestion.
