## What is FixMyTech?

Fix My Technology is a subscription service that offers you unlimited access to technical experts for help with your home tech devices. 
The Fix My Technology mobile app enables our support technicians to troubleshoot a problem you're having on your device. 
To use this application you must be a Fix My Technology member. 
Technicians have the ability to chat, view system diagnostic information, push various profiles and settings including email, APN and WiFi.
The technician will provide you a pin code to start the session.

How to use:
1) Install the app
2) Launch the app from your home screen
3) Grant access to your camera & bluetooth
4) Select “Software Support” or “Hardware Support” 
5) Enter the six digit pin code given to you by your support technician
6) Allow your trusted support technician to connect to your device

I’ve repeatedly asked this company to cancel this service, and they proceeded to bill my card without authorization. I’ve now had to cancel my credit card to prevent further unauthorized charges and have to wait up to 30 days for a replacement to be issued.
