Its my turn in the queue, and a handsome, chiseled fisherman-by-day, bouncer-by-night asks for my ID and my ticket. I fumble through my purse looking for my newly acquired BRP card that took way too long to figure out how to get, and i hand it to him, just grazing his masculine hands. He looks at me like something is missing. Oh, wait. My ticket! I frantically open my phone and open FIXR, and there it is… the app is… frozen. My face turns white with embarrassment, and fear takes over as I’m unable to move from the piercing gaze of the bouncer. ### 1/5 — Refund from technical fault. *2022-01-18, version 4.2.3* This company refused to give a refund when in their terms and conditions it states that refunds will be issued if there is proof of their fault. I looked for dates ij Boulder Co. there were non but I notice there were still dates available in Lakewood. I jumped on those tickets but the almost immediately after I finished purchasing the tickets, I noticed it was in Lakewood Washington not Colorado. I immediately searched for a way to cancel. I ended up having to leave an email but it was the weekend so no one could get back to me until Monday (odd) so I waited and someone contacted me Feb 3rd, the event was Feb 4th. She asked for all the information regarding my purchased and I emailed it back to her. I didn’t hear back from anyone until after the event and I was informed that I couldn’t cancel them. So I spent $100 on tickets that Day had no way of getting to or even transferring them to a friend living in Washington. They offered to give me tickets to a different date for the event but there’s nothing in Colorado at all… just two events to a night club. So I’m pretty disappointed in this app and the service the company provides. This was literally the fastest I have every thrown money away. It’s sucks Renee Anderson ### 1/5 — Trash *2025-11-10, version 6.5.0* This app is a piece of junk. I wanted to see shy fx live at a club near me. Didn’t let me process my payment, charged my card, didn’t give me my tickets. Absolutely furious. Tried to sort it out and the tickets were sold out, and the problem wasn’t even resolved. Sly app do no bother. ### 1/5 — Literally cant even open the app *2025-10-31* Randomly this app has started to crash the instant i launch it i cannot in any form recommend fixr the only reason i use it is because there is a complete lack of any alternative to it at my university ### 1/5 — Worst App *2025-09-07* When you sign in using your Apple account it bypasses the need to set up the account with a password but you can’t delete this terrible app without having a password. In an essence you are trapping people’s information and making it difficult for them to delete their information from your system. My tickets would not transfer to your app so I have zero purpose to keep my personal information in your system. Please advise on how to delete my personal information from your system. Thank you ### 1/5 — Broken *2025-09-02, version 6.2.0* Your update has broken your app. Flickering filter when no filters selected ### 1/5 — Useless app *2025-01-28, version 6.2.0* It decides to ask me to verify my email address when I’m about to reserve a ticket for a popular event. Causing me to have to check my inbox (the email wasn’t even in my junk!) and then because of how long that took I wasn’t able to get a ticket. Just a tip ask me to VERIFY when I open the app not whilst reserving a ticket 🤣🤦‍♂️ ### 1/5 — FIXR profiteers from falsely-advertised events *2024-11-27, version 6.2.0* If an event organiser lists false times on the event page and it causes you to be turned away at the door, Fixr will refuse to refund their fee to you despite knowing your loss was solely the event organisers fault. If this happens to you, you will need to contact support and threaten to get your bank involved otherwise you will not get your money back. Do not listen to the nonsense the customer support throw at you to try and get you to go away. This is what happened to me and it’s put me right off using Fixr anymore. However, the app often gets stuck on a black screen resulting in me having to reinstall it every time. My fault but should not offer Apple account log-in options just keep it simple e-mail address/password when logging into an App for the first time, offer the do you have an Apple account option later might help others from making the same silly mistake l made.
