Very unprofessional company. The customer service team does not care about technicians or customers. People who have never done this time of work are quoting jobs and trying to answer customer questions. Don’t waste your time.

I only get helper jobs but I don’t have a helper. I get jobs off of public transit routes but I only have public transit as an option for travel. I have a schedule for what days I can work and still get jobs Outside of the schedule. Not sure what to do with this app but I haven’t made any significant money in months. Even though my distance and availability won’t get changed by customer service. It must be great to stay at home all day with your kids and mess up other peoples money by Not reading their profiles. I’d Love to see my kids everyday. But, thanks to these work “opportunities”, I don’t have the funds.
