## What is Fixyng?

• Fixyng is a handyman marketplace for getting home and service work done with more clarity, trust, and control.

Customers can post jobs, add photos and service details, receive quotes from providers, chat in-app, review updates, and keep job records in one place. Whether you need repairs, maintenance, installations, or other local services, Fixyng helps make the process more
  organized from request to completion.

For service providers, Fixyng offers a mobile workspace to discover nearby jobs, submit quotes, communicate with customers, manage accepted work, and build a service history on the platform.

Fixyng is built around trust and accountability. Provider onboarding includes verification steps, job activity is tracked, communication stays inside the app, and completion, reviews, receipts, and disputes are handled through structured workflows.

  Key features:

  - Post home-service jobs with clear descriptions, location, photos, and scope details
  - Receive and compare provider quotes
  - Chat with customers or providers before and during a job
  - Track job status from posting to completion
  - Upload job media and provider documents securely
  - Support provider onboarding and verification
  - Keep receipts, ratings, and job history available in the app
  - Use one app for customer and provider workflows

Fixyng is designed for people who want a simpler way to request services, communicate clearly, and manage jobs without losing details across calls, messages, and scattered notes.
