Developed for mobile field service technicians and desktop customer service agents to provide expert assistance anywhere, anytime. Fixzy Assist connects experts to customers problems, with a simple click on our app the customer can share there problem directly with a mobile technician or a dedicated desktop support agent to quickly resolve issues using a live video stream and Augmented reality.
 
Fixzy assist is simple and powerful, send a simple text link to your customer and start a live interactive video call, guide the user and assist them to resolve issues without having to have an engineer in your home or business. Fixzy Assist also has powerful remote measurement tools to allow the user to create stunning interactive 3d CAD style room plans either remotely or locally and lots of useful tools including:
 
-AR hands overlay, Guide the user to complete tasks with simple hand overlay.
-Live video assistance record locally and uploaded to the cloud.
-Pause screen and draw on the screen to highlight the issue
-Room measurements with a 3d cad style drawing using our AR measuring tool
-On screen hand tools to guide the user on what tools they require to complete a repair
-Document and photo share
-On screen pointer
-Pinch to zoom
-Defect detection using Ai computer vision
