L’application est beaucoup trop instable. Une fois sur deux, elle refuse de fonctionner et affiche des codes d’erreur, souvent des erreurs de serveur. C’est frustrant de devoir constamment relancer l’application ou redémarrer la télévision pour espérer que ça fonctionne. Quand elle marche, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent et le service vaut vraiment la peine. Malheureusement, les nombreux bogues viennent complètement gâcher l’expérience. À force de problèmes, on finit par avoir envie de lancer son téléphone ou simplement d’éteindre la télé tellement c’est frustrant. En l’état actuel, je la considère davantage comme une solution temporaire ou secondaire que comme un véritable remplacement fiable à un service de télévision. Très difficile d’écouter le hockey (et c’est seulement pour ça qu’on a pris la tv). La qualité est bonne, mais on ne risque pas de reprendre le service après la saison.
