Dans la section des appareils connectés, il est possible de modifier le nom d’un appareil. Cependant, le changement ne semble pas s’enregistrer correctement, puisque l’ancien nom réapparaît systématiquement.

Cette situation est problématique, car elle complique l’identification des appareils connectés au réseau. Lorsqu’on gère plusieurs équipements, cette fonctionnalité devrait être fiable afin de faciliter l’administration et la sécurité du réseau.

Dans l’intervalle, il serait préférable de désactiver cette option de modification, puisqu’elle n’est pas fonctionnelle.

Une correction rapide de ce problème améliorerait significativement l’expérience utilisateur.

App is working good but doesn’t have all channels that im subscribed.
Example on my tv i have all Tsn
and on the application i have only tsn2 and tsn5 ( rest doesn’t show at all ). I have no idea why this is happening

Je viens de m’abonner à FIZZ mais je ne suis pas très satisfait, un abonnement de 940mbps ne fourni qu’environ 240mbps, je suis dessus et ça continue comme ça je retourne chez Vidéotron

I got the 100MBs plan and the app speed test says I’m getting a whopping 111 MBs!!! 

Talk about added value, oh wait. Google speed test gave the actual value which was 88 MBs.

Je suis vraiment déçu depuis un an, j’ai FIZZ à la maison je n’ai jamais eu autant de difficulté à me connecter avec tous mes appareils. 
À tout instant, mon cellulaire, ou mes appareils connectés ne rejoignent plus le Wi-Fi  
Je vais devoir changer de fournisseur Internet je crois

I’m done with these guys. Switching providers asap. 

Firstly the Koda modems they supply are literally garbage. 

Beyond that, the tech support is garbage as well. Which, if your entire business model is based on providing less support for better prices; you’d think the people you do hire would be helpful. 

The biggest issue: the network speeds are all over the place. I’m knowledgeable in networking and the only bottle neck I ever identify when I ping is the provider. This is either deliberate or poor infrastructure. 

They also can’t do anything if there is an issue with the infrastructure because they don’t own it, they rent it. 

So, even if they could identify the issue; they can’t do anything. 

Useless. I was really happy to compromise for a better price. When I’m getting 8mbos down intermittently when I pay for 600mbps… that’s unacceptable. 

Plus, this app is mediocrely too. False results on the speed test. Multiple speed tests indicate 8mbps, theirs tells me 25.

Terrible app removed and redownloaded still hasn’t fixed issue constantly says I’m offline? Customer service non existent, waited for a call back that never happened, received a email saying they verified on Fizz end and nothing is wrong so they will close my ticket for help ? Really ? So figure it out on my own cause you think you’ve done your part ? Well that hasn’t solved my issue ? Payments are made on time … we should at least deserve some kind of proper customer support

It doesn’t keep the devices which were connected before, in addition, whenever I disconnect a device if it’s user forget the wifi, they can connect to internet again. So, basically, it is not 
useful. And if you delete a device from the list you can’t bring it back anymore 😡
