Het volledige Farmacotherapeutisch Kompas staat voor iedereen toegankelijk op internet (www.farmacotherapeutischkompas.nl of www.fkzin.nl). De website is in 2017 volledig vernieuwd en bevat naast geneesmiddelteksten, ook indicatieteksten (met een handig stappenplan), groepsteksten en algemene teksten.
