App has gotten better over the years. I’d love if there was a light mode. It’s very hard to see the screen in a bright cockpit in flight during the day. Light mode would make a huge difference.

Good features while it is online. It really needs the capability to work off line to update information then sync the next time it’s on line

Last yeah I wrote a critical review of your app citing multiple reasons for my poor rating hoping that these issues would be fixed, they were not. In fact the issues have morphed into additional problems with data regarding passenger boarding being saved and flight times being saved. The app does, however, try to predict when you took off and landed and auto populates it for you. It is always wrong. My last review was not addressed and was actually removed from the reviews. Maybe you should fix your issues that you are absolutely aware of and not hide from criticism.

Not great. What good is an app if the notifications don’t work when you need them to and flights get assigned and updated. I emailed them and they never responded.

Maybe I’m missing it.  If a change happens to my schedule, this should be presented to me.  I don’t see where that is (if it is even there).

We notify you about duties you’ve requested and all flight changes where the crew status is confirmed as “OK.” Currently, we don’t notify about roster duty changes, but we’re working on an efficient solution to keep you updated without overwhelming you with too many notifications. I am often contacted by company asking to finish the Post Flight data, numbers, fuel burn and attachments. I have never failed to complete this and it is annoying that I am bothered as if I am the problem when it is an issue with this inferior product. It reminds me of the low bid garbage that we would get stuck with in the government. 
There are other complaints where the Flexx states that this issue was fixed. This is not so and you should stop blowing smoke up your customers.

### 2.11.39 — 2026-06-18

The FL3XX Crew App now includes a Discard Changes option for flights with unsaved local edits. The feature works offline, requires confirmation before discarding changes, and is shown only when pending local edits exist.

The app also now displays closed (corrected) discrepancies alongside open ones in the HIL/MEL tab, including items corrected within the last 30 calendar days. This enhancement supports compliance with 14 CFR Part 135.65, Part 121 Subpart T, and A008 Operational Control requirements.

In addition, all text fields can now be expanded to display their full content. Tapping a field opens a dedicated bottom-sheet editor.

Finally, the Recency section now includes qualification-based conditions, such as EFVS and airport recency. The Crew App now uses the same data sources as the web app, providing a complete view of recency status directly on mobile.

You can now filter your schedule by Ops Team and select multiple aircraft simultaneously. Filters also persist across sessions. The filter order now matches the web app (Ops Team → Aircraft → Airport).

With this update, the app also offers a significantly improved offline experience for the calendar: all previously viewed months are now available for offline use.
