Now with that said the app has an issue….switching songs the ui doesn’t update …previous update didn’t have this issue. Ther than that it’s a great player ### 3/5 — Clunky interface *2026-08-27, version 7.6* So one major issue with this app is that it does not allow you to disconnect from a vehicle or turn off Bluetooth for it. So every time you start the car, Flacbox comes on and starts playing the music. When I click on Show in folder, it won’t let me manually delete files either. It shows an error message that says something like unable to delete file because it couldn’t be moved to trash because the volume “User” doesn’t have one. However the app needs work due to bugs like freezing and resetting when using ‘select’ songs when adding to the play next or later queue, and also songs showing up for ages in recent even after recent songs have been deleted. I download files, and when I try to play them, they only play for a few seconds or sometimes a couple of minutes before stopping completely. If I press play again from the phone screen, it starts over from the beginning. The only way to resume playback from where it stopped is to reopen the app and manually select the file again. I already contacted support by email, but so far I haven’t received any response or solution. Flacs kann ich jetzt direkt abspielen ohne doppelte Ablage als Alac. Man kann seine iCloud-Mediathek gut verlinken und bei Bedarf Playlisten herunterladen. Über Bande kann man auf dem Mac auch die selbe Playlist mit dem iPhone teilen, vielleicht meine ich aber auch die gleiche. Nach Änderungen muss man nämlich die Wiedergabeliste überschreiben und auf dem anderen Gerät überschreiben. Und da wären wir bei dem harten UI. Es gibt unzählige verschachtelte Ordner und Rubriken, weil eben alles mögliche geht. Wenn man sich aber etwas mit dem Programm beschäftigt und weiß, welche Knöpfe man meiden muss, damit nicht versehentlich eigene Flacs auf der Cloud gelöscht werden, funktioniert alles gut. Der Player läuft stabil. Es sieht nicht wie 2003 aus. Aber eben auch nicht ganz wie 2026. Sehr gute App !
