Mobile Banking is a great tool for when you're on-the-go, Sensitive user information is transmitted via end-to-end Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Sessions are encrypted and devices are authenticated in real time against a proprietary device signature.  No data is stored and users will be automatically logged off after 5 minutes of inactivity.

If I had written this review 6 months ago I would have rated 5 stars because I loved the old program.  It was very user friendly.  
Now I’m afraid the exact opposite is true. The program is hard to maneuver and find information I need.  I called the 800 number and even the nice lady I talked to had trouble.
Please, please bring back the old version.

This app repeatedly says: ACCESS DENIED. That’s all that it’s good for - for many months now. However, when I go to the webpage via a browser, I usually can get access to my account. They need to take this app out of circulation because it’s a joke. Just look at the ratings. You would think some “professional” working in their company would know about this many poor ratings and actually do something about it. A bank? Really? Scary.

This app doesn’t work anymore period. Needs a major update. Click on the app to use it and it instantly disappears. Goes right back to the main screen. Don’t waste your time. I even deleted it and reinstalled it. Worked once then right back to main screen. Luckily app on my iPhone still works.

I used to check my account every day using this app. Since the pandemic, when you needed this the most, it has ceased working. Seems this succumbed to the virus, as well. If you are updating it or something, it would be nice to let people know. None of the other mobile apps are working on my up-to-date iPad, either. Back to the old days....call or go to the ATM to get your balance. What a PITA!
