This app is useless for me. I can’t login and pay my mortgage or check my mortgage balance on here. Ridiculous that this isn’t available. I’ve called in to pay and been told it’s going to be developed “soon” for over 6 months.

The app doesn’t let you log in. Continually says your password is incorrect. I’ve changed it numerous times through the website, yet the app doesn’t work. Whomever manages this app for Flagstar should be fired. There are reviews over YEARS of time indicating these issues have been ongoing.

I have a joint account. Both account holders still have to have separate logins, security questions, etc. My verification text is still going to the other account holder. 🙄 I tried cleaning up old ‘payees’ in bill pay, thinking that was what was preventing me from adding a new one. Nope. Now the app just won’t let me in. Uninstalled and reinstalled trying to fix it. Still not working. Ended up using the website which is more clicks and navigation, and really not optimized for mobile experience. Would not recommend for the frustration factor. Website seems tested well enough.

This is the worst bank app ever! It’s very slow and it’s not phone connection.. also takes forever to transfer money and then you have to add password ever time, it’s a pain! Why would this bank buy my mortgage from my original lender when they haven’t spent any time or money making a mobile app that allows me to actually view the new mortgage information? I am forced to use a browser to access it because their app doesn’t have a MyLoans login option through either of the two apps they have in the App Store. Which is also a problem I’d have as a customer since they make no intelligent delineation between the two apps short of icon color. Hopefully my loan gets sold to another bank that can spend a day making an app that works.

I am able to login to the website without issue. I downloaded the app thinking it would be an easier way to manage my mortgage. I am unable to login to the app, it gives an error message “the value you entered contains invalid characters” for my password. My password does contain special characters, namely the ^, # and * but those are not an issue on the website. I use a password manager to fill the form so I know it wasn’t typed incorrectly. To rule out the password manager, I also typed it in manually and received the same error. You need to fix the rules for the password on the app so that users with special characters in their password can use the app. 1 star as the app is completely unusable in its current form.

Ever since I did the new IOS update my Face ID won’t work on this app but works on all other apps. Flagstar needs to fix this because I’ve had everything possible done with Apple and nothing fixes the problem. Flagstar really needs to make its app much more user friendly.

These last couple of days Touch ID stopped working and every time I try to turn back on, it shows an error message “Try again or call the bank”. Bank can’t figure it out but Apple tech said that it might need updating after the latest iOS 14.2 came out.
