If you have more than three accounts, you can’t scroll down to hit the view all accounts button. It seems pretty crazy that they would release a brand new update without testing. There’s no way to view reports within the app. You have to go online if you want to see statements. Which was not the case with the previous version.

I couldn’t not loathe this app or the bank more. I have to use it b/c of my financial manager, but man if I could throw it into the sun I would.

Unfortunately I constantly get an error code 0014. I have deleted the app several times , reinstalled it ect and keep getting the code.

App freezes and times out often. App usually throws an exception to a deposit transaction only to find out that the deposit went through

This app needs a drastic overhaul

I am unable to deposit a check because of an error with recognizing acct details. My check image couldn’t be any clearer and plain background. Tried it multiple ways and nothing. I’m not here to stage a photo shoot…just need this fixed.

Again there is a bug issue the  app in an update status most of the time and in need to be fix and update it often during off peaks hours

App often does not start. At startup, during the “Downloading Updates” state, I frequently receive an Error 0014 code and it times out. 

The bug has not been present every time I open the app, but consistently enough to present a frustrating problem. 

While I was excited to learn that Signature provides a mobile banking app, I am not thrilled with the software thus far. Please push an update to address issues.

App works great for basic services. U can pay bills that are already set up and make transfers between accounts.
