Had to raw dog the whole flight! ### 1/5 — Worst airline you could ever travel *2024-06-12* Flair will lure you in with a cheap. Then they will proceed to scam you in every other aspect. They STRICTLY measure every single little thing you take on the plane from a purse to a backpack. If it doesn’t fit in their confined space, you will have to pay $90 at the counter just to check in a bag. If you want a refund. You have to wait 20-30 minutes on the phone to talk to someone in India, only for them to tell you to send an email to the specific department. Useless just like the airline. Bring backup entertainment *2024-02-09* Did my research and pre downloaded the app, and also did this on the kiddos devices. The app didn’t even work! It loaded for 4 hours straight. Don’t worry, the obnoxious overly rowdy parents, screaming babies/ kids throwing tantrums was enough entertainment for me! I cannot wait for the flight back…🙄🙄 ### 1/5 — The app DOES NOT WORK on iOS 17.1.2 on an iPhone 14 Pro *2024-01-17* Once logged in to their in-flight wi-fi, a popup to accept their Privacy Policy appears with an OK button which as much as you press it does not trigger the popup to go away so you cannot use the App at all.
